Liked:Great location and clean

Disliked:The doors in and out are not soft closing making banging everytime open/close, the loud beeps evertime someone opens a door, locker or anything at all…. They supply ear buds for noise and should have worn them!

Clean, central, and easy-to-access for everything.

Liked:Check-in and instructions are clear. The hostel is right at Chinatown so it's easy to access everything from eating to moving to MRT.

Disliked:Price was too high. I guess that's because of F1 racing within the week. Anyway, the skyrocketing price happened with all accommodations.

Clean, helpful, great location

Liked:Great location, comfortable bed, very clean spaces, helpful staff - I left my belonging in my capsule and they kindly passed it to a delivery person from post office on my behalf.

Disliked:The toilet seats are always wet due to the shower, the bathroom is very hot & steamy all the time which was uncomfortable. The capsule room is very cold due to AC (I immediately caught a cold and had fevers during my stay which made my travels very hard) so make sure to bring a blanket - doubt they'll give an extra duvet, I couldn't get new disposable slippers after wearing them out until very dirty for 5 days, guess they have to be unwearable till I get new ones. Also for some reason, some guests wouldn't sleep and hang at the common area until 3am with their laptops every single day I was staying for a week, some of them talk loudly, but you can't hear them a lot in the sleeping area. So there wouldn't be seats, or just too crowded sometimes.
