Liked:Great location. Breakfast were also good. Would have used the gyn had we stayed longer.

Disliked:Light pollution in room was annoying. Lights in wardrobe would not shut off until fluorescent bulb was removed Hallway lights coming into room. Even spy hole let in light at night keeping us awake. Air conditioning system was so so noisy adding to above issues. TV wouldn't work upon arrival. Took about 3/4 of an hour to be fixed by man who came to fix it

Disliked:My mother has mobility issues, so I arranged for a wheelchair to be delivered to the hotel before our arrival. When we checked in around 11pm, there were no other guests in the lobby and at least two staff members were present. The wheelchair had arrived, but I was already handling our luggage and assisting my mother. Unfortunately, no assistance was offered, and my elderly mother had to push the wheelchair herself to the room. A small offer of help would have made a big difference.

The train is close by and 2x small shopping centres joined to this hotel via under cover walk ways

Liked:Location suited us as the train was very close to get around and there were two shopping centers connected by walk ways. Lots of choices for food in the adjoining shopping centers. Breakfast was fine.

Disliked:Just different...they only service the rooms every 3x days, but they have fresh/spare towels you can pick up near the elevator.
