I want to request a refund for this booking. I had to book another hotel last minute through your site.

Liked:Nothing! I got my deposit back from them immediately after seeing the room. Had to scramble and book another hotel through Booking.com

Disliked:This was the worst hotel I have ever seen! I did not even stay there and had to book another hotel through Booking.com. You can see where I had two different bookings. It was a dangerous hotel and location. The room had been smoked in and was overall filthy. The bathroom shelf fell off the wall and hit my mother when she was in there looking at our room. See attached photos. I want a refund for my booking since I never stayed there and had to book another hotel. Awful.

Liked:It was a dump. Felt dangerous.

Disliked:I did not like everything. The AC barely worked, the shade didn't even cover the window. Lights were burned out everywhere, obviously nobody cares.

Disliked:I could have done without the bounty hunters. Because people cook in their rooms it smells pretty bad and the hallway is very dark and dirty feeling the sheets were stained.
