It’s what you would expect

Liked:Pretty standard hotel. Great for the price. I would go back as it’s located really well. Staff was also nice and easy to work with. Check in and check out was smooth rooms were pretty standard and breakfast was good. Internet was okay but pretty good for most things.

Terrible and I hate it worst hotel staff ever and that lady at the front desk is a fool and don't waste your money

Liked:Yeah I just happened to drop a friend off at that stupid hotel tonight and the lady at the front was extremely rude and very arrogant and she threatened to call the police on me for bringing a friend his shampoo to him and she wouldn't allow him to go to my car and get his stuff out of my car just only one thing and told me that she is the law around here and I hope the general manager reads this review because that lady has an attitude with me for No reason and I would like to some how to file a complaint against her and then she was cussing at me and told me to get the F out before she calls the police on me and I didn't do anything wrong I just wanted to bring his stuff to him as he requested and that is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and the hotel sucks lousy front desk idiot that she is and that lady at the front desk working 3rd shift is a complete Fool and she needs to be fired from her job and she is very disrespectful and she doesn't need to be working there.

Wretched service

Liked:Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I walked in I thought the place was out of business. Lobby bathrooms out of order, no one to be found until I found a cleaning lady to help me. The manager finally shows up at the front demanding $100 cash deposit. When explained I was told in advance so didn’t have cash he holds up fists fulls of hundreds from the register “all cash deposits”. There were 4 cars in the parking lot so I can only assume people don’t get their deposits back…? Then he goes on to tell me they are private company and I booked with Priceline. “Priceline is our pimp, we are prostitute”. Well thanks for leaving me to explain that to my kid who is standing next to me. I called Priceline but they can’t issue a refund without talking to the hotel. They’ve been calling and emailing the hotel for 5 days with no response. I had to cancel half my trip to pay for a different hotel.

Great for family & remote work

Liked:Came to the area for a family event. We got 3 rooms and their prices were good. Jeff the front desk attendant was quite sincere as he gave us our rooms away from the highway and near an exit. Also, Mrs. Singh was very sweet and accomodating. She continously checked up on us to make sure we had everything. Rooms were nice with comfy mattresses, mini fridge, microwave, and HBO channels on their TVs. Sam and Vin were good lads and extremely helpful as well since I am not tech saavy. Was able to work remotely smoothly. Area has good amount of restaraunts. No issues at all. Overall great stay and my family and I will be back!
