Nice place, convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Liked:The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were nice. Free breakfast included a few hot items with various breads, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. Location was very convenient right across the street from grocery stores and only 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.

Disliked:The air conditioner was the portable type and pretty noisy. It didn't have a temperature setting, just a warmer/cooler setting.

Liked:It really surpassed our expectations, there was everything we could wish for and more, the staff was super and very professional. The receptionist was great and could help us with our requests where to find restaurants, etc.; The staff at breakfast were terrific at finding a spot for us to sit or answer any query.

Disliked:The cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge, there was debris of previous food (most likely produce) left. There was no spoons or fork or knives to use for the microwaved food. Wish there had been a swimming pool or even a jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day, but our grand-son was able to enjoy the gym for 20 minutes as it was very busy and it made him very happy.
