–No changing rooms at the pool
–Limited juice/drink machines in the restaurant

Cleanliness9.8

Consistently praised as very clean — guests repeatedly mention spotless rooms, pools and beautifully kept gardens.

Service9.9

Outstanding — staff repeatedly described as very friendly, professional, helpful and attentive; special gestures (e.g. dinner voucher) noted.

Location9.2

Great location near the beach and resort; beach is praised, though external sunbed charges and separate parking fees slightly detract from the convenience.

Room Quality9.0

Rooms generally comfortable, well equipped and family-friendly (separated bunk area); isolated reports of noisy neighbours above and one remark about an uncomfortable mattress.

Amenities9.3

Excellent family-oriented amenities and pools (many guests highlighted pools as a highlight); minor drawbacks: no pool changing rooms reported and a couple of limited drink/juice machines.

Value for Money8.6

Good value for the buffet and resort facilities overall, but perceived value lowered by extra charges (beach sunbeds, on-site parking fees, pricey beach a-la-carte) and a few small missing items.

Food and Beverage9.6

Buffet repeatedly praised as excellent, varied and tasty for breakfast and dinner; minor suggestions for more seafood variety and slightly more drink-machine availability.

Overall Experience9.8

Highly positive overall — many guests say they'll return, highlighting service, cleanliness, family facilities and dining; occasional issues (buffet acoustics, extra beach costs) do not overshadow the experience.

Liked:The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The hotel is part of a larger resort with several other hotels, which means there is plenty to do in the evenings. You can go out for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants and enjoy a lovely walk along the coast. There are also activities for children — we tried the mini golf, which was great. The prices throughout the resort were very reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were particularly thoughtful and attentive with our children. The hotel is literally just 50 steps from the water park, which was absolutely amazing as well. Hotel guests get a discounted entrance fee. The water park was incredibly clean, spacious, and never felt overcrowded. We never waited more than about 3 minutes for any of the slides. We had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Disliked:All was great

Family resort to keep the children entertained

Liked:The hotel was clean, comfortable & the staff were very efficient. For young families it appears to cater for stress free family holidays. Very child focused with games room, children’s activities. We enjoyed the aqua park & found that there was a good range of water slides, for all levels of confidence.

Disliked:I found the buffet breakfast & dinner experience to be very overwhelming. To be fair, we were at the resort on the last week of the European summer vacation period. There were people everywhere. The room was loud & busy. I didn’t like that people could smoke basically anywhere outside.
