Great stay, top location and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Liked:Great location, good spa and friendly staff. Emanuel (??) in the gym and spa was really friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Disliked:Nothing really - we knew the furniture in the rooms would be a little dated from the pictures but it was absolutely fine. Bathroom was brand new and everywhere clean.

Good overall stay in a convenient location

Liked:Really enjoyed my stay overall. The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful and having parking at the hotel is a big plus. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was in good condition and everything was generally clean and well organised. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

Disliked:The breakfast was probably the main thing that could be improved. For a hotel of this size and standard, a little more quality is always appreciated. Many people wouldn’t mind paying slightly more for a better breakfast. The rooms also show some signs of wear and could use a bit of refreshing. The toiletries were quite basic as well, especially the shampoo, which felt a little cheap for this type of hotel. That said, these are relatively small points and overall I had a very good experience.

Disliked:To improve and not to criticise: the breakfast could improve in terms of variety for a 5 star… like fresh orange juice, different types of tea, etc. For sure will improve….
