Overpriced and disappointing stay

Disliked:Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and uncooperative, the room was missing basic amenities, and there were too many stairs to reach the room, which was not mentioned beforehand. Considering the price of the room, the overall experience was not up to the mark.
