Very Dissapointing.

Liked:Clean.

Disliked:We booked this hotel for the pool. Arrived and was told the pool was down for maintenance. They would not cancel the reservation so that we could find a place with a pool. Woman at desk was very unpleasant. I called Booking.com and Choice Hotels and no one could help. We stayed in Cody Wyoming previous night and the same situation happened with the pool. Two times in a row. There were lists of disappointed upset guests.

Liked:Great location and nice facility.

Disliked:Pool and hot tub were out of service. No scrambled eggs at breakfast. Waited 30 minutes and still no eggs. Had to go out for breakfast elsewhere.
