Liked:Wonderful staff: The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to surprise my daughter with a complimentary birthday cake, and they addressed our room's socket issue quickly. Great amenities: We really enjoyed the good executive lounge, and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent comfort: The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Disliked:Minor issue: The electrical sockets in the room did not function initially, though the team resolved it fast.
