Liked:Location is very good. The hotel has a really good location. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff is nice and helpful. My problem is the cleanliness of the rooms. Hygiene is really bad. Our first room was not cleaned properly. We got a new room but this room was not very clean either. Dirty walls and cracks. The hotel needs renovation. The cabinets in the kitchen and toilet are old and falling apart. The shower doesn't work well. In general, the rooms need a proper renovation. Old and worn rooms.

Liked:The proximity to shopping belt and easy access to the metro stations. Hotel has in-room washer-dryer so we could do laundry. We need not pack too much as a result.
