Liked:Th people are decent but not so much the concierge reception who forgets the order of my watermelon Juice and mouthwash need to do 2 phone calls

Disliked:Could have better mattress expecting it to be more plush but after a topper still feels firm, the night lighting could be better designed it’s either very bright or very dark cannot control the side sconce without turning on ceiling spots. The shower is good, and the quality of food is acceptable but not amazing.

Not my hotel in Shanghai! Sorry ...

Liked:Concierge booking was effective and attentive..cannot ask for more.

Disliked:Understaffed..I requested for cleaning at 11am but nothing was cleaned when I got back at 3pm. Not acceptable and it took forever to get the luggage before checking out. Their staff had done their best I believed..it is just the poor management. I don't think I would go back again.

Brand New Luxurious & Central Hotel

Liked:Amazing rooms, generous staff, excellent fitness and pool facilities, great views -

Disliked:The Conde restaurant feels out of step with the hotel and there could be a better lobby cafe / boutique compared to current offerings
