Extremely Poor Check in Service

Liked:I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a very bad experience at check in service. The lady who handled our check in was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Although I am a Titanium Elite member and a Lifetime Platinum member, our room was not upgraded even though there were better rooms available at that time. I was fine that our room was not upgraded. However, I was very disappointed that she also refused to offer a room at higher floors. I did not feel she treated us with positive attitude. In contrast, she was rude and made us felt we were not welcome. I totally agree with one Marriott Bonvoy member who wrote the review indicating extremely poor check in service on hotel official page 2 weeks ago. Indeed, check in service doesn’t not meet JW Marriott standards and staff at check in service lack of professional training.

great 5 star hotel in good location

Liked:Great location. 10-15 mins walk to Nanjing Rd. Club lounge is a bit on the small side but service was good. Enjoyed our stay. Had a great view of the skyscrapers from our suite. hand written notes with fruits and cookies in our suite. It is not a new hotel but still a 5 star hotel.
