Fantastic hotel, great location if you like to be in the action. Would stay again absolutely!

Liked:The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to the metro, restaurants and on Nanjing Road. The Bund was across the road. The hotel was spotless the room was huge and very comfortable and amazing! Highly recommend.

Disliked:You could only use the pool if you wear a swimming cap. It is a government stipulation. A couple of the staff that were around the concierge although very nice, gave us incorrect information twice. We had done our own due diligence. One said we could only go on a lights cruise with a buffet meal - incorrect the other said we had to buy a metro ticket for the train to the airport, we explained we had been tagging on and off all trip, 5 days with our credit card, he seemed genuinely surprised…
