High End Conrad Hotel Experience not evident at this location!

Liked:Club Access Breakfast downstairs provided numerous hand excellent choices.

Disliked:Traditional High End Conrad Experience “not felt”. Quality of bed and furniture, and in particular the washroom area, not up to par with other Conrad Hotels we stayed at. Elevators were cumbersome! It felt like a 4 star hotel which was disappointing. 🫤
