the house is good but the management is worse

Liked:booking.com need to add more detail on how to collect key property,it was so tedious our journey to collect the key..pleaseee update the detail by telling customer 'please contact owner once your booking complete,owner will inform where to collect the key'

Disliked:staff there not aware bout homestay,dont know who we can ask,we lost at the apartment more than 1 hr only to find how to collect the key,no one guide use🤦🏼‍♀️
