Overall excellent stay although Reception failed on arrival

Liked:Facilities were very good, parking, pool area, restaurant and breakfast choice, they do offer a shuttle car service free of charge down into the town and beach although it’s not always a convenient service .. easy to walk down the hill and get a cheap taxi back at your convenience ..

Disliked:Overall every was excellent except on arrival .. we arrived 2 hours early and didn’t expect room to be ready .. we were checked in and told to return at 16.00 although room may be ready as reception said they would put in special request .. this was not an issue for us .. We placed bags in storage and walked down into the town .. we returned at 16.00 and were told our room was still not ready, no reason given although whilst we waited others arriving were given rooms.. after 20 minutes of waiting we were offered no reason or room so demanded an upgrade which we were given .. don’t actually know if we actually recieved an upgraded room as did not know which room we would have been offered.. we were however happy with the room but would have been happier if offered by way of apology as opposed to my having to demand it! No one spoke to us or offered any reason as to why we were kept waiting and inconvenienced so poor service from reception .. Overall we were very happy with hotel and general service for remainder of our stay.

Good hotel, great staff but a bit unhappy with cleaning.

Liked:Love the hotel, staff was extra nice, pool and gym perfect as well as breakfast. Rooms are super spacious. Massive bed and very comfortable.

Disliked:Bedroom did look clean but after walking barefooted for 2 min I had loads of sand or dust on my feet and felt really dirty. "The bedroom floor had a few chips on the strips and because of that i got scared a few times thinking that it was some kind of bug.

Fantastic

Liked:Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra is a fantastic place. The hotel is perfectly located between the ocean and the castle, making it easy to explore everything. You can walk around the town, reach the beach, visit local restaurants, and discover nearby attractions all within a short distance. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and they are always ready to help with any questions or requests. I would especially like to highlight their professionalism and willingness to assist — it really makes a difference to the overall experience. For dinner, you can also enjoy delicious dishes from the local cuisine right at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Provide your feedback on BizChat

Close to the Castle

Liked:The hotel is pretty much at the top of a long hill with just the castle being just above. This hotel is big with lots of space. The pool is this big round presence with oodles of sunbeds and a close proximity to food and drink. The room was comfortable with a massive sliding door that leads out to a small but pleasant terrace. Breakfast is amazing with hot and cold food, coffee, juice, oodles of varieties of bread and some of the freshest fruit I've had here. And the staff have been amazingly friendly and helpful.

Disliked:I believe we asked for twin beds. We were able to separate the beds but then there were no sheets for the second twin bed. Nevertheless we made it work.
