Liked:The room was clean, the gym was big and had a lot of equipment. The capsules for coffee and the nespresso machine were in the room free of charge

Disliked:We asked for a higher floor but we were given the 2nd out of almost 20. The window in the room could only be opened a tiny bit and didn't have a net for insects, so we couldn't open it during the night. You can hear the neigbors when they are talking For the indoor pool you cannot enter without a swimming cap, which you are required to bring with you or to buy from the hotel (which is an unnecessary expense when staying in such a hotel) - they could have included it in the room price

Liked:The rooms were well equipped with everything you needed. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was great and not crowded which was a bonus

Disliked:The surrounding area is quite steep and hilly so people with walking difficulties may find this a bit of an issue

Fab stay in Seoul

Liked:Great location for getting around the city (we had a Namsan Tower view room!) and was around an 8 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The staff were so friendly and helpful for when we had questions or needed something (ordering us a taxi and preparing a breakfast takeaway box when we were missing breakfast due to an early flight!). The room was spacious, beds comfortable and had everything you could need.
