Overall, fantastic location and super convienent to access the train station.

Liked:The location is fantastic and the staff are super friendly. Ability to leave luggage and check in and out at all times of the day and night was fantastic.

Disliked:Only improvement suggestion would be the quality of the bed as you could feel the springs in the mattress

Liked:Location is good, near all the trending restaurants at Myeongdong and near Exit 9 of Myeongdong station

Disliked:1. When we arrived at 7:00 am, no staff is available and there are instances that no staff is available at the counter 2. We were made to pay for an hour earlier check in despite being allowed for early check in by the app

Disliked:Not clean, they dont clean room every day or every second day. They clean it every 4th day ! Breakfast was very poor. Service from the staff was poor. Don't recommend this place to anyone! Room and bathroom was VERY small ! Showed and toilet was at same place. It was absolutely not comfortable and worst hotel/hostel experience ever!
