Not worth the money

Disliked:I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was extremely small, much smaller than expected, and the bed situation made our stay very uncomfortable. Based on previous reviews, I had deliberately booked two single beds instead of one double bed, because several reviews mentioned that the double bed was very small. However, during check-in, I was asked whether I wanted a double bed instead. At that moment I had forgotten the exact reason why I had originally chosen two single beds, so I agreed. Unfortunately, I regretted that decision afterwards. The so-called double bed was more like a small three-quarter bed, and my partner and I slept very badly for all three nights. Every time one of us moved, the other person woke up. Combined with the very small room, this made the stay uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. On top of that, after check-out I realised that I had forgotten my original Samsung Galaxy Watch charger with adapter, worth around €50, as well as an expensive perfume worth around €100. What makes this especially frustrating is that we left our suitcases at the reception for around two hours after check-out. During that time, nobody informed us that any items had been found in the room. In most hotels, housekeeping checks the room shortly after guests check out, especially for chargers, cables and personal belongings. It is therefore very difficult to understand how these items were not noticed or reported while we were still in the hotel. I do not want to make accusations, but the lack of communication, care and follow-up was very disappointing. Between the extremely small room, the uncomfortable bed, three nights of poor sleep and the missing personal items, this stay left us with a very negative impression.
