Very clean and that’s about it.

Liked:The property was very clean. The gym was nice and empty. The housekeeper that serviced my floor was so so nice.

Disliked:The room was much smaller than it appeared to be in the photos and the wallpaper was sagging off of all of the walls and ceilings.

Disliked:I booked this hotel for my wife, who was traveling with her sister and a 9-year-old child. I had requested an extra bed, but when I found out that it required an additional charge, I immediately cancelled the request. Despite this, the extra bed was still placed in the room and we were charged for it. When I asked the hotel to remove it and refund the charge, I was told that the staff had already left and the bed could only be removed the following day. As a result, we were charged for one night, which I find unacceptable. We also asked for an extra blanket and bedsheet, but the hotel refused to provide them unless we paid the same amount as for an extra bed. I find this approach very unfriendly and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and flexibility from the hotel.
