Liked:Spacious appartment for a family of four. Only the AC was not working properly. Among amenities, they have a small pantry with dish washer, fridge, microwave.....washing machine, iron board, in built bidget in WC of master bathroom

Liked:This is a great serviced hotel apartment. Great amenities and staff. We had Cindy who answered all of our questions! Her English was very good. She is a friendly and accommodating front desk staff. A great place to stay in a good popping area.

Liked:I liked the opportunity to do some washing as I was on a long journey where Seoul was last. I liked the space in the suite where I could entertain some guests.

Disliked:Although there were great cooking facilities, there did not seem to be any places nearby where I could buy the ingredients for cooking. If there is such a place, perhaps it could be included in the information given. It was difficult to reduce the room temperature sufficiently so that the bedding supplied was not too hot to sleep under. Perhaps some alternative bedding in a cupboard would help guests to arrange their bed to be comfortable for sleeping. I think that having 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates etc is not sufficient numbers., especially for a multi-day stay, if you expect the dishwasher to be used.

From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool. Please note that children under 18 cannot use the fitness centre. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation. Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats, but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit of KRW 1,000,000 per pet applies. The deposit will be returned four days after checkout. A surcharge of KRW 77,000 will have to be paid for the cleaning service per pet per night. Please note that pets are not permitted in public areas of the property. Supplies provided include a portable water bottle, a snack container, a dog bowl, a potty pad/bag, a coffee chu (wood stick), and wet tissue (one each). Rental supplies (Depending on Inventory) include a staircase, a bed, a stroller, and a scratcher (rent one each). Please note that for stays of 7 nights or more starting from October 1st, 2025, housekeeping service is provided three times per week. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the card provided at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
