Great stay but let down by some staff and breakfast

Liked:Great location and rooms large and clean. The house keeping was exceptional. The gentleman on the shop was lovely.

Disliked:Breakfast was budget level, no options on eggs and the staff there were rude and unattentive.

Apart from the air con and size of the room, we really enjoyed the say. Highly recommended!

Liked:Good location - the hotel is walking distance to Myeongdong main shopping area and restaurants, but not among the crowds like Myeongdong I. Service - the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and towels got changed daily, too. The convenience store at the lobby was a plus. Mattress and pillows - they were very comfortable. It was well appreciated after a long day walking around the attractions.

Disliked:The air con - it was noisy and the beds were beneath it. It was freezing cold if the air con was left on. We had to switch it off at night, but the room temperature was uncomfortable even for early July. The size of the room - we booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and a teenager), but the size of the room was not suitable for that. We were very unlucky with the facing. Outside our room window was concrete wall from the building next to the hotel.
