Liked:Cool ambiance, great team, perfect location.

Disliked:Tea ceremony finishes at 17.00. Japanese restaurant was heartbreaking. Some venues have “siesta”, ehich is heart to follow.

Big hotel with nice rooms

Liked:Room was clean and modern. Location was good. Staff at the doors of the hotel were nice.

Disliked:Hotel is almost too big and it is a little tricky to get to the rooms. View could have been better (construction site).

Great location and stay, we booked two extra night

Liked:Great location, breakfast was good choice and very relaxing setting, amazing gym, pool and sauna facilities. Staff very helpful and always happy to help.

Disliked:The only small criticism we had was the bathroom - the standard room bathroom feels slightly ‘in the room’ and not very private.
