Disliked:I expected a different Lotte downtown. This property was very clean with an excellent breakfast, but not what I expected. My error.

Dissapointing

Liked:It was clean and comfortable.

Disliked:Before staying here we were at Busan Lotte Hotel, and going over to this hotel, the difference was very big. The amenities were not up to expectation and things in the room were sub standard. (Plastic cups etc) And may I also add that it was more expensive than Lotte Hotel Busan.
