the hotel must be reranked to 2-2.5, otherwise it negatively impacts the reputation of Lotte group.

Liked:the property does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel and the price per night. it needs to be re ranked to 2 - 2.5 to give clients a clear indication of what to expect.

Disliked:long due for an upgrade, everything is very old. paper cups in the room I have not seen even in 3 star hotels. the breakfast choices were so limited for westerners. the quality was very poor.

An excellent experience to repeat once more

Liked:The hotel is just nearby the subway, it is surrounded by many cafes and bistros. Speaking of internal facilities, it does have good spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very polite and explains all the details well.
