Liked:Return to the Josun Palace for 5 nights was exceptional in all ways. Staff are all professional, passionate to care for their guests. The room was clean and elegantly prepared, and the food and beverage was greats. For non-Korean speakers, there's nothing to worry about every staff we encountered spoke fluent English. Special shout-out to Front Desk Manager Crystal (SeYoung) Kim for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She even followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. We also met Laura, along with the entire Front Desk and Bell Desk teams, who all demonstrated the same pride and dedication in delivering excellent service. What a team! We truly can't wait. In our opinion, Josun Palace is well beyond a five-star hotel. THANK YOU, TEAM!!! I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Crystal and her team. Returning to Josun Palace reminded us once again why we love this hotel so much. We were welcomed with the same warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made us come back in the first place. This wonderful experience deserves to be shared, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Please note - Josun Wellness Club including fitness, pool and sauna is closed on the first Monday of every month. In accordance with the local regulations effective March 29, 2024, our hotel no longer offer complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the breakfast buffet time will be changed from 7:00~10:00 to 6:30~10:00 starting September 1st. The CONSTANS Breakfast rate will be changed from March 1, 2026. - Adult (1): KRW 80,000 / Children (1): KRW 40,000 Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
