Quiet stay in the heart of the city

Liked:Good location nearby several metro and bus stations. The staff was very friendly and even helped us get a taxi once. They also send you a welcome message with clear instructions how to reach them from the airport. They also have scales downstairs, so one can weigh their luggage. The coffee shop downstairs serves fantastic beverages. The room had a fridge and a washing machine, but no place to dry clothes.

Disliked:The room was rather small for 2 people with suitcases.

Very good location and good value for money

Liked:The location is excellent (metro station 8-10 min walk, but you can also reach several important sights with not so long, nice walks). There are many good restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfy, and we got fresh towels everyday. The staff were super friendly and they paid attention to small details. Thank you for making our visit to Seoul perfect 🙂

Great location and friendly staff, but the disappointing experience left a sour final

Liked:Despite my disappointment with the lost-and-found situation, I want to acknowledge the front desk staff, who were friendly, and professional throughout my stay.

Disliked:I accidentally left behind a pair of pants and the only adapter I had for all my electronics. When I contacted the hotel, I was told nothing had been reported. Properly handling lost property should be a basic standard for any hotel. Very disappointing.

Convenient but expensive

Liked:The room was great, very small, but it had all I need. It even had a washer and a little sink. I did not use that. The view from the window was nice.

Disliked:I did not like the actual neighborhood where it is located. It was more like an industrial, area where there seem to be like paper making businesses, or other things, not a pretty neighborhood necessarily and a bit dirty. Walking at night alone did not feel too pleasant although I live in Korea and I know it is very safe. The metro station was very near and in general the area allows for easy access to everything, but the streets surrounding the hotel did not seem too attractive to me. I also found it very expensive.
