GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICES

Liked:Insadong is a great area to stay in... less "touristy" and lots of very local food experiences. A great vibe. Hotel is perfectly located close to transport.

Great location

Liked:The location in Insadong was great. Shops, restaurants and everything you needed just outside the hotel. We walked most places we wanted to go as it was easier than getting the train most of the time. The room was functional and clean though small. We didn’t use the onsen/spa but lots of the other guests did.

Disliked:The bed was one of the hardest I have ever slept in and the room was very small even though we expected it to be. It was fine for 3 nights and we were hardly in the room.

Liked:Everything is excellent. Checkin was smooth, location great, friendly and helpful staff, great onsen, room was comfortable, breakfast was very good. There’s nothing negative about this place.
