Cancellation

Notice of New Building Construction: September 2026 – June 2027. Use of the parking lot will be restricted during the construction period, and temporary construction noise and vibration may occur during September and October 2026. Banyan Rooms and Banyan Suites do not have an in-room relaxation pool. Extra beds are not available in Banyan Rooms or Premier Pool Suites. Children’s breakfast is not included in any room rate and must be paid separately. The on-site sauna, fitness centre and indoor golf facilities are closed on the first Tuesday of each month. The schedule is subject to change, so please contact the hotel directly for confirmation. Room images may differ from the actual rooms, and the layout of the same room type may vary depending on the location. Krang Package benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Except for breakfast, the benefits are provided once per stay. The multi-purpose court and tennis courts will be used as vehicle waiting areas and will be unavailable from September 2, 2026. Guests with tattoos larger than 15 cm × 15 cm may use the sauna, indoor swimming pool and Oasis only when the tattoo is covered with a tattoo patch or rash guard. Guests must bring their own rash guard.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Oct 11, 2026 until Fri, Dec 31, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.
