Disliked:Expensive for the room and pool is so bad. On basement, need to buy a cap to get into the pool.

Noise Issues but Great Location - Andaz Seoul

Liked:Great location. Aesthetics and vibe on point. Cafe was great near lobby. Staff were attentive. However, the first room we booked into had a smell issue from powder room’s toilet, and the relocated room’s master shower drain was clogged and water pooled after shower and had to ask for housekeeping to clean in the day after. Even if it’s all Gessi hardware and marble top, what matters is the working order and hygiene. The WORST part however was the noise control. No soundproofing. I I could hear the water running from someone showering next door for 20-30 minutes, in such a loud echoey way that I have never experienced before in a hotel room. The early morning noises from the hallway were also very loud; our room was right across from the storage room for linens and such, and could hear the door clanking to close and the cart rolling from early hours and on. Apparently, lack of soundproofing is an issue w this hotel. Great location - a bunch of tourist favorite shops and clinics and restaurants all around. Room service was also great. Just wouldn’t be back for the noise issues.

Great location, clean room, excellent service

Liked:The exceptional service from beginning to end. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had among 4-5 star Hyatt and Hilton properties. The quality, variety, and presentation were exceptional, which was comparable to the breakfasts at some luxury resorts in Bora Bora that we've been to. I look forward to staying here again.
