Been to many hotels around the world and this one is top level! Hope to come back, I would only stay here.

Liked:I am so sad to leave the hotel, the level of customer service here is immaculate, my friends and I were highly impressed. This hotel needs to be the reference point for all other hotels. I could write so many amazing things about the W Bali. The food, the cleanliness, the convenience.. just superb!

Great hospitality

Liked:We had a lovely pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are super kind and welcoming. Room service was exceptional !! Every time we asked for extra amenities they were kindly responsive. The hotel has a restaurant with a sea view and nice breakfast buffet. Absolutely recommended place.
