Liked:Most beautiful hotel/resort. Spacious room and bathroom. Generous amenities (though didn't use). Garage parking very helpful considering the tourist traffice in the area.

Disliked:Everything was perfect.

Exceptional location & facilities but service not at 4 star level.

Liked:Outstanding location and great wellness facilities

Disliked:Staff weren’t trained properly. Guadalupe was the only one with a genuinely friendly attitude. All others gave you the feeling of being a constant burden. The pillows could do with an upgrade, too.

Liked:A fantastic location on the mountain, right near the Coffin Gondola. Good access to walking trails and bus service. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Manuela. We enjoyed our stay very much.
