Liked:Absolutely a dream stay for us, it will live in our memory all our lives. The host was super helpful, friendly and available. All amenities were provided and then some. The hot tub was amazing, and we got to see the Milky Way and Northern Lights for the first time from the tub! There was an abundance of toys for our 3 year old. We wished to stay for much longer.

Liked:Nice, vintage house with comfortable beds. Felt like you were staying in someone's country house, in a good way. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit dated, but that didn't really bother us at all. We liked that we could get to most places on the southern coast within an hour or two. You have to drive on a gravel road for a kilometer or two, but our tiny tiny tiny car handled it just fine. Nice and quiet in the countryside.

Liked:The place is very special and peaceful. With fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds, very quiet - warm and cosy. We received very clear instructions regarding everything... The place is a bit challenging to spot (we arrived long after dark), but once we were there it felt right at home.

Disliked:The two additional rooms are located on the second floor and the steps are quite steep. Teenagers and adults should manage just fine.

A Nice house which worked as a base for our stay in Iceland

Liked:The House was situated perfekt for our needs. We used it as base for our tours on Iceland. We slept well and had breakfast in the house.

Disliked:Our kids would have had a TV.
