Do NOt stay here.

Liked:The location is good for hop on and hop off 10 freeway

Disliked:Dirty and the staff was rude. I found multiple insects in my restroom and could not shower, brush my teeth or comb my hair. When I brought this up to the front staff, they could care less and was very dismissive about my concerns instead of reassuring me that this was not their standards. I have been staying at these La Quinta’s on my trip from Florida to California and have not experienced anything close to what I have experienced here I pay for a service and I expect minimum clean room. I understand that staying at smaller hotels means risking it, but I paid a little bit more to stay here versus Motel 8 where I would expect to see something like this. I am very disappointed at how this was handled. I never requested a full refund. I did however request a partial refund since I was not able to shower or get ready in the morning and nor did I use their breakfast. And was denied
