Would definitely stay again.

Liked:Location was great. We had a direct view of the Acqueduct.

Disliked:Because our room was right above the restaurant so it got a bit noisy at night when they werre cleaning up the outdoor area. There is public parking immediately in front of the hotel. The hotel akso has their own parking garage below the hotel. When you arrive, you dont know the parking situation. The receptionist should at least have offered the option to park at the public site which may or may not have cost more. I didnt like that booking.com's price was almost 50 euros less the next day when we arrived. I would have cancelled and made the new reservation, but Booking charges the full reservation you cancel. Win-win for them. They could at least allow the customer the price drop.

Perfect location, comfort and nice view

Liked:Location is excellent, view was fantastic, room was comfortable, clean and of great value. Eurostars is a great brand!

Disliked:A little noisy in the morning, but travel with ear plugs just in case!

Very good location but not worth a 4star property price.

Liked:Only the location was good.

Disliked:The mattress in our was sagging . When we asked for the mattress to be changed, the revert was that we don’t keep spare. They made us try another room , the mattress was sagging there too. They did not have a kettle in the room, we were told that we would have to use a common kettle kept in the pantry area near the reception . When I went for tea there, the counter was dusty, dirty with pizza boxes lying there. Next day and a day later too , it was the same situation. The place was not cleaned up at all. When I went to complain , there was no reaction. The breakfast buffet was ok but the service staff did not understand English and when you speak to them , they were rude. Only the person at the reception could understand English.
