Disliked:Insects outside the house, inside my room as well Exhaust fan inside bathroom was extremely dirty Hair dryer was very dirty

Exceeded expectations and the property is as advertised!!

Liked:The staff and accommodations were top notch. The rooms exceeded expectations for design and cleaniness, they were exactly as advertised. The staff was exceptional, they were helpful, thoughtful and kind from the day to night staff. I would highly recommend them for the value and location to Providence

Disliked:There was nothing I didn't like for the value. The Colonial Inn is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for location and value, look no further. No Notes!
