Ok in the main. Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked:Property was a decent looking building and frontage. Staff were reasonably helpful. The room we had was large and had a very comfortable bed. The property itself was reasonably located in the city near the pier and water front offering god walks and views, and to other attractions like the space needle.

Disliked:I was overcharged by the property be my told that local taxes and fees were not included in my booking, even though I had confirmation in my booking that they were. I am waiting for this to be refunded. Booking also had breakfast ‘included’ however this was limited to their one fry up breakfast option. Day two we were offered a vegetarian option which was nice, but there was no consistency and also nothing mentioned that breakfast was limited option.

Liked:The staff was respectable..

Disliked:The air conditioning did not work in the room. The staff sent with someone up to fix it. The gentleman that tried to fix it said it was old. Did not fix the problem was not able to fix the problem. The refrigerator never got cold, had to sleep with the balcony door open. It was loud sirens, not able to sleep for the two day stay.

Disliked:Couldn’t get the air conditioning to stay running all night. Once it got to the set temperature it would turn off and then turn back on when it was no longer the desired temperature.
