Loved our visit here!!

Liked:The location couldn't have been better. It was 2 clocks from the market and restaurants, and under a mile walk to the Space Needle and the pier where we boarded for our whale watching tour. The room was beautiful, luxurious and spacious....and perfectly quiet. We slept so soundly! Staff was fantastic, especially Scott(?) Who made our furry family member so welcome. He had treats for her every time she went outside and she loved him. Finally the restaurant was a wonderful surprise. We loved our food and our server, Alex, made it a fun experience. He was knowledgeable about the food AND the city. The chocolate pot de creme was so good but the cheesecake was the best we've ever had!!!! The pastry chef here is top notch!

Liked:My child forgot her childhood pillow at the hotel when we checked out. The staff at the hotel was very kind to find the pillow for us and had it mailed to us. Much appreciated.

Not a good choice if you want a room with windows

Liked:The hotel is okay inside (3 stars max), but most rooms up to the 12th floor have their views blocked by adjacent buildings. Only the top three floors offer good views, yet those rooms are nearly impossible to book or switch into. Staff simply deflect with “we’re fully booked.” The lack of transparency and flexibility is disappointing. I won’t book here again.

A lot of money for the conditions and rudeness of the staff.

Disliked:The thermostat did not work in our room the first night it was 78°. The person at the front desk was rude and dismissive. The next morning one of the managers, Mallory told us we would be refunded for our first night. We did not ask she offered now we are being told we will not be refunded.
