Beautiful hotel in a convenient location

Liked:The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Bathroom was big and modern. It was in a great location for our trip for the FIFA World Cup being walking distance to the stadium and the waterfront. The concierge was so friendly and helpful. The barista in the Bookstore Cafe was also very friendly and accomodating.

Disliked:There was a funky smell in the hallway and our room. We had to keep our window opened but as our room faced the street and was very noisy. We enjoyed the Bookstore Cafe but they closed too early.

Great location, comfortable rooms, modern, and clean

Liked:Convenient and rooms were very nice. Rooms felt luxe and moody. Shower was great and bathroom was modern. The front desk was helpful to get us checked-in and even placed my family on the same floor.

Liked:We had a fantastic stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Robin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and effortless, and they took the time to answer our questions and make us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service really set the tone for our stay. Robin is a true asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate the outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
