Liked:Hotel was very clean Comfortable

Disliked:Staff said not aware of reservation for transport to port when was confirmed in feb! Transportation to port was confusing as told different things day of transportation

Liked:All of it is a great location. Especially for the Convention Center. Very nice room and pool. The restaurants are good too.

Gabriel was amazing!

Liked:Scott the valet was excellent when we first arrived. Gabriel, the concierge, went above and beyond several times. Super helpful. Very kind. Ran out to chase down a door dash person who could not understand where we were located.

Disliked:A fridge but no microwave.
