Liked:Great experience a beautiful hotel The food at Stella was great Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful Centrally located for the reason we were there within a 10 minute walk to Swedish The only downside I would say which doesn’t affect my rating because I know they’re not the only ones but to charge $65 a night on a $300 a night room seems a little high for parking That was a little rich for my blood

Nice older hotel that needs lots of renovation.

Liked:Comfy bed. Nice staff.

Disliked:No cold water in bathroom sink. After complaining for 3 days, the staff finally told me there was a leak in the wall that would require major work. I'm so disgusted that they didn't tell us beforehand about the problem. Why do they rent a room that has a non-functioning bathroom?? And then hide it from the guests??

Its Gilded Age character is a nice change from mod PNW--but be sure that's what you want!

Liked:The stunning fireside lounge was the main feature. Also lovely flower arrangements throughout!

Disliked:It's an older hotel so the bathroom was a bit out of date, fussy toilet, step in tub (hard for elders).
