Location decent to transportation services

Liked:Located next to public parking garage that should make a reservation for during stay. The restaurant breakfast was very good. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Used laundry staff services, was back same day. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Disliked:No guest laundry facilities on site. Shower pressure was very weak. Had to run shower for 10-13 minutes to get barely warm water. After being out late we Noticed a water leak in bathroom when we placed our personal items on floor near bed and they were wet shortly after. We called front desk and they sent maintenance to our room that wasn’t able to do anything until next day due to leak behind walls. Being so late I didn’t want to go to the front desk that night to discuss issues as we were having to check out at 430am following morning. I stopped by front desk on our way out but no one on staff showed up. The parking garage elevator was broken the night before our checkout and wasn’t fixed yet at departure ,us having to haul 4 suitcases, 2 backpacks, lunchbox, bag of purchases , gallon of water and cpap machine between the 2 of us was an absolute nightmare. Was not exactly a great experience. Public parking garage was only option at $56 a night.
