Beware. Research Before Booking.

Liked:We booked this property to stay at for an upcoming trip. When looking at our itinerary online, the booking accidentally got cancelled. We reached out to both Expedia and the property owner within minutes to inform them of what happened and to get the booking fixed. We let both parties know that we wanted to stay at this property and the cancellation was a mistake. The property owner refused to help. They would not reinstate the booking unless we paid for the room again. The property owner also refused to work with Expedia so that the we could rebook the room. They charged us over $1,300 for the room and refused to fix the cancellation or refund us. We understand that the room was listed as non-refundable, but mistakes happen and we reached out immediately. This is a shady way to conduct business. Do your research before booking. Other renters have had similar issues with the owners and issues with the quality of the rentals.

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK

Liked:SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK!!! The business takes your money from the booking online, then hits you with a hidden $50 cleaning fee upon to check-in. They will not let you check in without paying this fee, and will not refund your booking payment if you decide to back out. Like others have mentioned, this is a total trap! Do not book!
