A very good hotel near to Schiphol airport.

Liked:The hotel is very good, clean, quiet, friendly staff. The food in the Bar Xplore are of good taste. Breakfast is good.

Disliked:- I don’t understand how the hotel gets 4 stars and there is no even bottle of water in the room. Poor hotel - food inrestaurant poor

Liked:The room was extremely comfortable, staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was amazing with plenty of lactose free and gluten free options, the location is also very good, next to a nice park to spend some time. There is a luggage room to store bags after check out.

Disliked:The shuttle was a bit unclear and the shuttle area is confusing, we ended up losing our first shuttle option because we did not understand that was the bus we intended on catching. Despite that the shuttle driver was extremely friendly.

Liked:Room was good. Late night food options were good. Free shuttle from airport.

Disliked:Couldn't reserve the shuttle back to the airport without loading an app. Why couldn't the desk agent take the reservation? Should not charge for the shuttle back to the airport. Most airport shuttles are free.
