Dear People who booked this hotel, DON'T ever make a complaint.

Liked:This was our first stop on our way to TB. That first night it sounded like someone was using a jacuzzi and when that stopped there was a lot of stomping. I complained about this, and I was penalized for doing so. I always get a room on the 5th floor. This time I was stuck in a hell hole on the ground floor. I guess I am not supposed to bring the fact that I was unable to sleep that night to their attention. If I am ever put on the ground floor again, I won't be going there ever again.

Disliked:I like to be treated like I mattered, instead I felt like I was not welcome there. I could have been given a room on the 5th floor, like I am accustomed to, instead I was penalized because I am a good citizen, and I have the right to mention the problems that I encountered. The desk staff made me feel like I am homeless person, no smile, no hello, no goodbye. The TV in the room on the ground floor was not even working.
