Liked:The historic charm and the walking distance to the river front made this hotel perfect for us. The pub next door was a welcome dinner option with great choices and good food. Given that we had been on the road all day, it was so nice not to have to drive anywhere for dinner. Lots of diner choices within walking distance. We really appreciated on-site parking.

Disliked:The hotel is a bit of a fortress. The front door is locked at all times. The parking in the back is gated. Give the circumstances of the area, it makes sense.

Liked:The building is beautiful and the ambience and rooms have an old charm/vibe. Our check in host was super friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Parking was first come/serve, very small, and difficult to navigate. You can park on the street for free after 6 but there were a few sketchy folks lurking about. Was pretty loud at night but was a holiday weekend.
