Not recommended

Liked:The Hotel is near some good restaurants and the river walk

Disliked:The hotel is getting quite rundown. The parking is very limited, first come first serve and you can also get blocked in. The hotel has a lot of security so one wonders how much crime is in the area. The mattresses need to replaced. The beds are worn out, saggy and uncomfortable, much much too old.

Liked:Breakfast was continental breakfast. Enough to get the day started. However it was very sweet. Thanks for the oranges and apples to offset the sweetness.

Disliked:Hotel Senator is a beautiful hotel but it could need updating….. Good location

Liked:Grand old building with lots of character in the public areas. Winston's is a great pub in the building with very good food. Gated parking in rear of hotel. Hotel was clean. Reception staff on check in was very friendly and accommodating.

Disliked:Room hasn't been updated for some years, but it is functional.
