Ok stay, not a great neighborhood

Disliked:Carpet in hallways worn, outside exit door broken left open all night to non-registered guests No one on staff when checking out, phone number on door called person on other end if line knew nothing about Sarnia, Ontario

Disliked:When I prepaid for my room I got there and they would not accept my visa debit card for deposit. Which I found strange as everywhere else does. Then I asked for my money back and he said I had to go through booking which I did. Booking told me the hotel had to approve the refund. Which he told me otherwise. I have been waiting for days. Even emailed twice.
