Liked:We stayed at Saranda Palace for three days, three people in total, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had an absolutely incredible view, especially during sunset. The breakfast was also delicious and had pretty much everything we wanted. The only thing we weren’t really fans of was the coffee at breakfast, but we just ordered coffee from the bar instead and enjoyed it in the restaurant with a beautiful sea view, so it wasn’t really a problem. The pool area was great and everything there was very clean and well maintained. And a special thank you to Andrii, our waiter, who really made our stay even more enjoyable. He was super friendly and fun and definitely added to the great atmosphere!

Disliked:There are just a few small things that could be improved. On our floor there was a small step in the hallway that was very easy to miss, so you really had to watch where you were walking. It would also be nice to get bottles of water in the room every day, rather than only on the first day. The beach area could use a little more attention as well. Some of the sunbeds were quite dirty and damaged, which was a bit disappointing compared to how clean and nice the pool area was.

Would stay again. Great location, beautiful food in restaurant, nice staff lovely views from 2bed

Liked:Food in the restaurant was beautiful, we had lunch there most days. Location is great there is a lot of places to eat and drink around the corner from the hotel, we liked Black Marlin and Taverna Laberia both really nice and you can walk into the main centre of town in about 20mins where again there is so much choice of food and drinks. Bring cash as a lot of places wont take card and the ATMs are a rip off. There is a nice pool but its quite deep its all one level, but there is a small pool for children too. Right on the beach with beautiful views. The beds on beach and pool are very comfy.

Disliked:The only thing was the wifi wasnt great and we had a 2 bedroom apartment but its literally 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, there is no living room space or kitchenette area and only 1 wardrobe in one of the rooms (there is a small fridge which came in handy) but the view from the room made up for that as it was really lovely looking over the sea and pool areas.
