We had a wonderful stay & quiet nights sleep

Liked:We were extremely impressed with this hotel. Specifically, with the service of one of their staff members, Iago Ribeiro, who went above & beyond. We were extremely impressed with how quiet it was at night. That itself is priceless. We would recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Disliked:Check-in process: There seems to be an issue with Booking.com integration or staff training. They put me in a double room while I booked a triple room: couple + 3yo child, then tried to sell me an upgrade to put me in the room I booked!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked:We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time in Sao Caetano. It is right across the street from the mall so super convenient location, with a good size supermarket. The staff is 100%. They were so professional and friendly and very accommodating to all our needs every single time. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Pretty much everyone spoke English. Breakfast was wonderful every morning.

Disliked:Only thing I didn’t like is the staff that cleaned our room was not very thorough. They didn’t clean much of anything, but we’re only quick to remove our room card so our AC would turn off. Once we talked to the guy at the reception, the problem was fixed. He said we could keep the room at the temperature we wanted it all day.
